A Film by Bill Woolf

Currently in post production this documentary is about the "Il Chiostro experience." The film, which completed principal photography last month, is a love story, about a country, joy, art, and food. It chronicles the journey of two Americans of Italian heritage who originally came back to Italy with friends for a long vacation to enjoy the beauty of the country, the art, and the Italian cooking. That experience was to lead them to organizing art workshops in Tuscany the following year. Their personalities and their "love affair with Italy" put a stamp on these workshops over the years and became the “Il Chiostro experience." The current economic recession however may put them out of business and is forcing them to make difficult decisions about the continuing survival of their business and the sharing of their joy of Italy with others. Will they survive this downturn or will they be forced to close the door of their business and their dreams of Italy.
